Cancellation Policy
To maintain the Meridian Shield™ higher standard of service, we dedicate a specific block of time for your forensic assessment. • Cancellations: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer the time slot to other homeowners needing protection. • Homeowner Presence: For a comprehensive 'Shield Standard' audit, we recommend the homeowner be present. This allows us to discuss our forensic findings and provide immediate, honest advice. • Weather Safety: In the event of severe weather that prevents a safe assessment, we will contact you to move your assessment to the next available clear window.
